Almost perfect

This unit has almost completely hacked my motivation. With amazing accuracy that err's on the side of less steps tracked I went from 2-3 day a weeki hitting my step goals to 7 day a week. The only issue I have seen with these units is that some times the Bluetooth sync to a cell phone requires multiple attempts to sync. This has happened to me 1 in 20+ days of use. I recommend getting one with the Bluetooth dongle and leaving the Bluetooth dongle in your computer and the app open on your computer then it will auto update every time your at your computer.Read full review

Damaged Goods

After receiving the open package of this Fitbit Zip, I was unable to get the back off as the old battery was still in place and had sealed it shut. I broke the back as I had an extra one having been a Fitbit Zip user for 10 years. I put a new battery in place and could never sync it with my phone as it was such an older version of that program that it couldn’t be updated. I have had this for over a week and it will NOT sync to my phone! I have tried everything that Fitbit says to do and nothing has worked! Great alternative to a watch type.

I have a watch and bracelets and i don't want another thing on my wrist, so this is perfect. I can clip to my pants and never take it off. It does not like water. Not exactly intuitive, but once you figure out how to sync with phone and computer, it's great for tracking steps and distance. That's all I need. Happy with this.Read full review
