Brilliant.

I had a motor bike accident last year and still with physio now after tearing my acl meniscus tear and patella came forwards, I use the spin bike as part of my recovery and also to start getting fit again. Easy to assemble being 6ft myself the seat is adjustable and I cannot get enough of it the best thing I brought keep fit wise in a while!! the frame is very sturdy too so you can stand up and really go for it.
