Fly By Night, the second Album from Rush, and the first including drummer and lyricist Neil Peart, is a milestone for the band and for rock music in general. While their first album was acceptable enough, and included the classic Working Man, this follow up set a new standard with songs like Anthem, Fly by Night, and, especially, the epic By-Tor and the Snow Dog. The latter is the first of a series of Rush epics, and holds up as one of the best to this day.
