Junk

Junk,junk,junk. If you can deal with loss of signal intermittent passed a 100ft and at different angles for periods of up to three seconds or less this transmitter is for you. It actually cuts out long enough to send my esc into signal loss power off mode. Servos don’t even stay in the same position during the loss which makes flying my foam cub dangerous at parks. My cub was perfect for hundreds of flights until this transmitter. I thought maybe I had a bad receiver out of the box so I bought two more. Same result. I tried putting the receiver antenna in free air, no change. I tried moving the transmitter antenna positions and found it operates best at a full right angle. But if you move the transmitter antenna during flight you have serious signal loss all the way until the receiver and transmitter come under 100ft of distance again. It’s a miracle after 20 flights of experimenting my cub still lives. I read the I6 transmitter with the receiver with two antennas is good. I will try that, all I want is a cheap parkflyer setup so I can have a model that I can pop out of my truck and fly as I pass fields while working. This setup is not it.Read full review

unable to recharge the batteries without removel

Seems ok but after only 4 times of removing the batteries I needed to bend some more tension to battery spring type clip that holds battery in place and picks up the voltage.......

Does the trick

This Radio does everything and more than earlier radios years ago that cost much, much more. Mostly plastic, it has auto signal seeking, switching to what ever channel is available. Not sure about range, but believe it to be very adaquate for park flyers. Can't miss at the price point.Read full review
