Perfect Sized Food Diary for Weight Loss
This Food Diary is perfect for me, it’s travel friendly, it fits in my bag, and the cover protects the book from dust & splashes of water.
The colours are really vibrant and look great to the eye, I’ve had so many compliments on the cover at group. (Colourful Unicorn)
Included in this Food Diary are helpful pages like Weight Graph & About Me, I’ve had a lot of fun filling all of them out.
The diary pages themselves are also very colourful and match the cover of the book, which I absolutely love, I can record the date, day, and mood, and all my healthy habits. It even has a meal planner for every day.
There isn’t anything I can think of that isn’t in this Diary, and at this price, it’s an absolute steal. 7 Week’s worth of tracking for £4, that’s 50 pence a week, I couldn’t recommend this book enough to all my friends.
