For ford F150 limited slip diff' + this stuff works!
I had my 2011 f150 differential serviced & after I noticed a binding noise coming from the rear of the truck. I ask friends and all said certain limited slip Diff's needed a additive added to the standard as well. I googled this and found that the noise was actually called Hypoid Gear Noise, where vibrations created by the meshing action of bevel and hypoid gears operating in a drive system often result in gear noise. Which lead to the addition of the friction modifier. I added the Ford Motorcraft OEM XL3 Friction Modifier Additive (hence, add) for limited slip diff's. No more noise.Read full review

Ford F150 Rear diffrential clutch pack problem resolved!!!!!
I have 2010 Ford F150. the rear differential has been chattering when going on a curve or turning for about 3 years now. I tried many other much more expensive products, but using 2 of this did the trick and now don't need to replace the clutch packs in rear differential
