A bait feeder for Tope fishing from a boat.

Smooth action, appears to work fine but untested against a big fish. Still I had a Fox rod 15 years ago, and it's still going strong so I have no reason to think the reel won't do it's job. If I was to be critical, I would say the diameter of the spool is a bit small for a 10000 reel. Well see how it affects distance casting.Read full review

I found Fox reels are lovely to handle fantastic reels

Great value all round reel.

I now have 3 of these reels, use them for Barble, Tench and Carp as well as shore fishing, so long as you take care of them and clean them after sea fishing they will stand up to most thing you throw at them. At the price you pay that makes them great value in my eyes.Read full review

Mega value for an excellent reel

These really are very good quality reels for an unbelievably low price. Solid and smooth and certainly feel like they are built to last, and at that price I'll be happy just to keep getting these same ones whenever required I now don't see any point in really expensive reels. I first off new nothing of these reels I hadn't done any research I just went into glasgow angling centre to have a look with the view of getting a couple of decent bait runners for my carp fishing, this reel stood out a mile against all the others for the seemingly great value for high quality so I got a couple and was really pleased then when I came home I searched online for them and seen they were even cheaper than I had just paid (doh) so I ordered more lol due to the outstanding value.
