Firebrick replacement

Very well made product that fits perfectly, I suggest that brief instructions should be included, that suggest that the second side firebrick is installed after the baffle is in place. This needs 2nd person to support a rear firebrick until the side one is fitted.Read full review

Check your measurements and be patient.

Unfortunately despite my request they did send me the 165 mm Air holes size instead of the 135 mm, but in saying that I received the replacement the following day, so very quick response with no quibble.

Unfortunately my baffle plate did not fit into the circular cutout. More had to be filed away until the correct lip held the baffle in place. Not a huge job, but if you don’t know what you’re doing it’s very inconvenient.

thanks for communication as to which fire brick set to purchase . read few reviews on here and conclued that some people go about fitting in wrong way . make sure you put things back in reverse order , clean All debris out behind old bricks and scrape well , they need to be seated correctly. perfect fit , i put baffle in last , needed two pair of hands to do this but easy enough . burning great now , like new again ! highly recommended !Read full review
