A must for any budding smoker
I joined a Facebook group, I was recommended this book from a Louisiana member saying it changed his life! Big statement! Yes I am a new smoker from the north of England not your usual member of a smoker group, I now know what he meant this is not a recipe book with glossy pics ( food porn) but a belt n brasses guide to making you a better smoker, starting at the very start and and giving you an understanding of everything you need to be a pit master and a pit maker. This is a superbly written book both in terms of its content and structure. Aaron takes you through his life leading up to where he is now and throws in many great nuggets of tips and advice for both new and experienced smokers alike.
