Easy to install and great features.
This thing ups the personal hygiene standard in the bathroom. We appreciate the simple design and straightforward installation using a few simple tools and following the instructions or the diagrams which are intuitive. It works well except the hose may not be sufficient to draw the hot water quickly enough to make warm water. We get same cold water from both cold and hot settings. But we can live with that. Other functions work very well and we are very satisfied. However, in our opinion, you should not do away with the toilet paper altogether! Using this product, we feel cleaner, fresher, happier and recommend it highly.Read full review...

Great to try out, wouldn't recommend for long-term use.
Installation was easy & straight-forward.
Needed to add an o-ring to connector to toilet tank to keep from leaking.
Am glad that you can adjust the nozzle front and back.
Plenty adequate pressure to do a good job cleaning. Though don't know about how to clean hard water buildup. May be problematic as it appears the nozzles would be hard to clean out.
Mixing valve does not do a consistent job. Have to have it all the way to hottest setting to make it bearable, and then sometimes it will get suddenly hot and then cold. Good pressure from both hot and cold to the valve, so that's not the problem.
Not impressed with the clear plastic water lines to the unit. Doesn't seem like they should be trusted to handle pressure 24/7. Go with one that supplies the braided lines. Nothing like having a water line break whilst your away from the house for a few hours or days. Saving a few bucks on the bidet could turn very expensive fast with water damage to repair.
Not sure what the tiny rubber washer is for either. Doesn't indicate on the instructions what it's for and doesn't appear to be anywhere intuitive where to install it.
Not that it's priced too high, just spend a little more to get a more quality unit.Read full review...

Great Bidet
Not knowing what to expect from a bidet kit, I was pleasantly surprised at this. It appears to be a quality product, and was very straightforward to install, with no trouble at all. The manufacturer seems to have wanted to make it such that anyone might install it. The only tools required were a knife to cut the tubing to length, and a wrench. Installation was very straightforward.
Using the bidet is also a pleasant experience. This is a hot-and-cold-water model, and I would recommend that over the cold-only. There are two controls, one for temperature and the other for strength of spray. These are simply valves (ie, not electric) and very easy to regulate. The self-cleaning feature is a push-button that shoots water down the outside of the spray nozzle.

Perfect fit.
I bought another hot cold model, it leaked. So I got this one that costed a little more to find out this one is the better of the two. The added feature of the push button nozzle rinse is nicer & the nozzle adjusting while you sit really help you get a better cleaning too. I installed mine 2 days ago, This product seems to be quality made and works great! It has a few features that other bidets do not have in this price range. I installed it because of the virus TP shortage. Also, it is much more sanitary than TP Finally this thing will pay for itself in a couple of months with TP price savings.
1. Someone left feedback that they did not know what the small black washer was for. You get 2 washers. The large nylon washer goes into the white plastic connector adapter, and the small black rubber washer goes into the brass adapter used for hot water (usually located under your sink)
2. When connecting the clear water hoses, use a small drop of liquid soap on the inside tip of the hose so that it is easier to slip over the plastic tip. I also heated up the end of the clear plastic tubes to make it easier. Make sure you push that hose all of the way far back enough over the plastic tip. Once you tighten the plastic lock nut, the tube will not be able to slip out.
3. When you are connecting the tube to the plastic control box, you should try to twist the tube in such a way that the pre-formed coils in the tube tend to go toward the toilet so that the tube will be a little more hidden and not sticking out away from the toilet as much.
4. There are also 2 very large black washers included. There is no mention of them in the pics or the instructions. I did not notice them until i was finished installing. I am pretty sure that they go over the 2 porcelain holes that holds the bidet panel .and toilet seat on. Put the washer first, next the bidet panel, and last the toilet seat. Since I am not having any problems, I will probably not bother with taking mine apart to install them.
5. When installing the bidet panel you must center it. With the nozzle facing all the way toward the back of the toilet (slide the slider knob all the way forward) the nozzle should be barely touching the porcelain rim. When you get the panel in this correct position, I used a mark-a-lot to trace a couple of spots of where the plastic panel fits over the porcelain rim. This will make sure that you still know the center position should the panel slightly move out of position.before you have tightened up the bolts that hold it all on to the toilet
6. The instructions could be better. If you still are not sure of how to install it, you can go to YouTube and find a similar bidet installation. The video might not show a hot water feature, but that is easy enough to figure out by just looking at your sinks's hot water connection and connecting the bidet's brass adapter in between your sink's hose and your present sink's fitting. i have a pic of my setup for hot water connection
As someone else said in their review, I also notice a slight sound that comes from the panel control box when your turn on your sink's faucet. It seems to come from the valve action inside the bidet's control box. It is not very loud, and only last for a few seconds after you turn your sink faucets on or off. No big deal for me.
Finally, if you need warm water, you can either turn on your sink's hot water faucet until the water gets warm or hot. You could also do it by just holding down the "Self Cleaning Button" while you are sitting on the toilet and let the water shoot straight down into the toilet bowl until water gets hot This will take longer than turning on the sink hot water.

Almost perfect
I was hesitant to try this inexpensive item but the reviews were good and no poor feedbacks. It comes with almost everything needed & is very easy to install even though the instructions are a tab bit less than complete. Installation is straight forward, 2 bolts in adjustable mount, 1 short water line to toilet cold supply & one longer one behind the vanity. I have a oak wood toilet seat & the bolt heads are wider than regular seats so I did have to narrow the heads down a little on each side with a dremel but it was NO BIG deal, You can either customize the bolts or buy a new seat. Most won't have to deal with this minor issue. One thing I wish was included is some sort of gasket between the item & the porcelein toilet bowl. None is supplied. I was getting water splash in the gap between the bowl and under the seat. Water leaked down to the floor so I used some window seal foam and it was fixed. I had some 1/4" T x 1/2" W self adhesive, closed cell PVC foam window seal tape to go under the item edges between it & the bowl. 3-4 bucks at any home supply. The issue stopped. Remarkable product, would give a 5 rating but I feel the instructions could be improved. Never thought I would want a bidet or use one.. Was I ever impressed and so was my wife. This device will give very gentle sanitary cleaning. The instructions could include that using a hair dryer or?? to warm up the plastic tubing before installing will make the job much easier. My first attempt to install the plastic tubing to the fitting, I thought was successful but I had a slight leak. So I cut a new end on the tubing warmed it up with a hair dryer and reinstalled the tubing on the fitting. No leak this time and was much easier to install. Not sure about the hot/cold, as by the time the water runs long enough to get warm the job is finished. All in all I would buy again.Read full review...

This bidet attachment is great!!! Can’t say enough about it. Comes with all you need for standard hook up and was a breeze to connect water connections if you have any DIY abilities at all with sink near toliet. Best money I’ve spent will see how it holds up for wear & tear on long run. If you ever use one you will never be without again.
