Great film only war film i know which shows military training which is the best bit of the film. Action is good so is the soundtrack 60 music.

This is a war film directed by Stanley Kibrick about a vietnam war set in 1968. It stars Adam Baldwin. If your into war films then this is worth watching.

Best War Drama.

This movie has always been a favourite of mine since its release, it doesn't just deal with the trauma of war and what it does to nations, it goes deeper and shows the affects on individuals too.

Full Metal jaket (DVD2001)

The best Vietnam film ever made with a quite frankly hilarious opening from the sergeant major, what private pile does when he makes it is justified too, I love this film.

it's a man thing

i bought it for my partner, after hunting high and low for it. he loves this film and can recite it almost word for word. i'm not so keen (apart from the gorgeous guys in it). it's a war film following the men through various situations that they HAVE to go through,with an evil drill instructor (very nasty man). definately one for the lads.Read full review...

its the best film ive seen since ( bridge on the river kwai and it has its funny moments i just like the fact its army based and the actors are great along with the story live love it .
