Fybogel is a very good product that does relieve constipation in a very "mild" way, unlike some of the other products in the market which can be a little severe for some people.

Hasn't worked for me
Hasn't made the slightest difference for my issue. Not the tastiest thing either. Big ball of orange jelly despite how much you keep stirring it. Glad it helps others though. Can't win them all!
