Silent and low power consumption

I have two of these used as digital music sources. They need a minimum of 2 Gbytes of memory and 64Gb solid state hard disk with windows 7 or windows 10. They have no cooling fan but don't run particularly hot as the power consumption is typically less than 10 watts. Can support two displays ( one vga one hdmi ) but don't have much graphic processing power. Three USB sockets, 1 of which is USB 3. Have had no issues with reliability although windows updates can be a bit slow due to limited processing power. The Ethernet socket is genuine 1000 Mbit so the network speed is practically unlimited. I don't use Wi-Fi so have removed the daughter cards to save power even more.Read full review
