This product works well but if you have arthritic hands and fingers as I do, you might find it a struggle to use the spray action. I simply lay down and trickle a small amount of the liquid into each nostril and wait a few minutes before I get up. This works for me.Read full review...

Clears a blockage faster than dynamite!

This product has without doubt changed my life. I have suffered with nasal congestion for many years and could never find anything that could clear up the problem. I visited my doctors and was given various decongestants, but all failed miserably at the job in hand. My symptoms were becoming a lost cause, until, 'That day'... I was out shopping, in a large department store, and saw (From a distance) some boxes of Galpharm Nasal Decongestant. I was drawn like a moth, who sees a flame, and placed a box in my trolley.
