I have horrible IBS-D and rely on Loperamide to get me through the day. I used to buy Kirkland Anti-Diarreah until they stopped being sold, and these have been a great alternative. On prescription you pay nearly £9.00 for 60 tabs, so this is great value for money bought 2 at a time!
