Great price, great product.

I’ve tried a few hedge trimmers, but this is great value for money and a great product. The plug in lead is 10 meters long so no need for an extension and bright red, making it very obvious to see and therefore safe. It’s blade is long and had great cutting ability, going through some quite thick privet. This one is light weight and easy to handle over a longer period of time. Light but ..

This 600W hedgetrimmer is no heavier than my old 450W one (Bosch). It has the extra reach with its 60 cm blade too. This displaces the centre of gravity, with the result that it feels heavier to hold horizontally than the old (45 cm) one.
The second switch is a simple handle on the top, which looks more reliable than the arc-shaped handle on the old one (that did not last long, it practically had the role of the built-in obsolescence).
It can rasp through fairly thick branches, but that is done faster with a pruner.
