Love the design shame about the workmanship
Unfortunately appears to be a second, 10 roof slats damaged or pilot holes not drilled before screwing, screws countersunk to a variety of depths, roof instructions incorrect, but just love the design fits perfect in a stone patio area and is a brilliant feature of the garden, everybody loves it, just a shame about the workmanship which takes the gloss of it SHAME!Read full review...

I have just bought this and I agree with another review great product just a shame about the workmanship you can tell it has been thrown together by someone who doesn't care screws countersunk to different levels lots of splits including one the full length of one upright also no instructions to build and not enough screws but the swing itself is a lovely design looks great it's just a shame the company can't employ people who take a bit of pride in what they buildRead full review...

Quality Garden Swing
Straight forward easy to build 30/40 minutes tops with a cordless screwdriver and a couple of clamps. If you don't have the clamps you will needs someone to hold one end while you fix the top cross member. Great Swing - worth the money and very solid
I was trying to get a good quality swing but struggling to find anything. I searched on ebay and found this swing from Churnet Valley Garden Furniture. Always a bit of a gamble ordering furniture from ebay as you cant feel it to judge the quality.
Anyway, Glad I ordered it because it is great. Delivered when agreed (as I couldn't make the date suggested) and really well packaged. It took my wife and I an hour to fully assemble (half of that was working out the instructions) and it was pretty easy to setup. I was unsure of one thing so I phoned the company (number was on the instructions) and they helped me straight away.
Swing is now all setup and it is so solid, no way that is going to be blown away when the winds get up.
For a 2 seater it's just the right size, actually a bit bigger than the picture suggests so with 2 adults you're not going to get squashed and it's real comfy. Final thing, Lots of spare screws in the package which never happens these days.
Only slight negative and it's being picky, the instructions are a bit too brief, a few diagrams of how it fitted together would have been much easier for us (we're not DIY people so really need instructions for Dummies!!).
