This watch is very comfortable and feels well made. You can change the watch face there are loads of different styles and you can even have your own pictures on the watch face. The step counter is accurate and if you link the Garmin app to Strava your exercise will automatically up load. You can set targets for steps and elevation and the watch keeps track of how your doing and buzzes when you reach the target.
