Easy to use

I love garmin sat navs and bought this refurbished one for holiday in the US because it was easier to buy it than try and download the maps to my UK one (takes forever!) which would also have meant I had to buy an SD card. The screen is quite small but good enough. I can't say how reliable it is because I haven't been on holiday yet!Read full review

Although a 2011 model it still does its job of getting you from A to B
Dinky size yet still easy to see and fits easily in pocket or handbag
Easy to use and can be street name or postcode when asking it to find
Easily change country and use in Western Europe suits me well as want to use in Portugal
Can go fastest route or shortest route and also another route helps save fuel on journey
When sound set at 100% can still hear with windows down in heavy traffic
Have set home address so no matter where I go can just set home and let it guide me there
Pink road with car on it to follow and big arrow showing you road where you need to turn into
Can set your Sat Nav at home and add some favourite locations ( need home charger sold separately)
There is also a " Where Am I " setting if curious about area you are in
Battery life stated as 4 hours but seeing as pre owned I will just use with in car charger
All in all a good little basic Sat Nav from a good maker
