A great asset for adventurers.

As a long time (nearly 20 years) user of Garmin SatNavs right across the Northern Hemisphere I have found them to be reliable sources of trustworthy guidance such that we gave all three of children Garmins when they passed their driving tests.

Incidentally as a retired Boy Scout I always use the local equivalents of Ordnance Survey Land Ranger maps to plan likely routes and interesting destinations in advance of visiting an area new to me and then program my SatNav to identify my finishing point for the day (as a fall back) and then follow my nose. Superb bit of kit!

The Sat Nav was very simple to set up and update. It is also ideal proportionally when affixed to the windscreen being easy to view whilst driving. Very happy.
