Great Bag, its been around for at least 10 years and for good reason. Its heavy duty and fits all kinds of gear. I am using it for a 12" DJ Mixer and the USB, XLR cables and electric cord all fit into it. The large pocket I dont use but I guess you can put accessories inside. The padding is adequate but not enough for drops so be careful Ferris Bueller. I like the strap for your shoulder as well. Its a better alternative to a hard shell road case which weighs 3x as much as this bag and while they are more protective, its just easier to use this Gator bag. I have other gator bags as well which are still good except for one which has a tear on the corner from being dropped.Read full review...

Well designed and useful.
I like Gator products for my music gear. I have cases for Strats and Les Pauls that have protected them and also for mixers and Mic stands. I bought this case for a larger mixer and I'm happy with it.
When running home after work on a Friday to get to a gig, these bags and cases do a good job of having padding when several items are thrown into the vehicle. Loading before the gig and reloading after the gig is easier. The front pocket on the bag is good for all those periphery items like power cables, Mics, etc......

Using for SPD-SX
No problems, bag is sturdy. I'm using it for a Roland SPD-Sx sample pad, fits well and is protective. I may put a bit of extra padding on the bottom, but this is a good bag. Zippers are sturdy.
