Prevents exercise caused muscle cramps
I am an excessive sweater. I have biked and run for 30 years
I'm now 60 and still enjoy a weekly 55 mile bike ride.
This product works. I also use a preload drink from Osmo and the
two together have prevented cramps in south Louisiana in August
for the past month. Could you make this product in bulk also and
not in only the wonderful foil pouches which are very good.

Function Well
The Gatorlytes do what they're supposed to do. There's not a whole lot more to say. I used Gatorlytes in 20 oz of Gatorade, as directed, a couple of hours pre-activity. During my activities I use a 50/50 mix of Gatorade and water. When I tried the Gatorlytes with this mix it was pretty salty; not so much that it was undrinkable, but not very pleasant.
