Keep the contents liquid in the tube AFTER opening
When opening, punch a very small opening in the tube.
AFTER opening & using partially, squeeze the end of the tube so all remaining Seam Grip is at the top, cover the top with VASOLINE, replace the cap & put the unused quantity/tube in the refrigerator.
This will keep the remaining contents in a liquid, for use the next time.Read full review

Seam Grip does the job
I have tried water based seam sealers and ended up wet. Seam grip is messy to work with, slow to dry. So why 5 stars?
