I have gone totally deaf in left ear and lost 70% of right, I have had trouble sleeping afraid I will be late for work. This is a God send. If the shaking doesn't wake you the flashing Light will. and I can even hear slightly the alarm noise. So the combo definitely wakes me and I can finally sleep without worry.
