Works well and not too small

I don't like the new tiny-style remotes, so I got this one. It arrived quickly and works well, but the set of three buttons is only loosely attached to the remote. This means it rattles a lot, just in front of the drivers head. Its easy to fix, though... remove one screw on the back of the remote(hidden under the visor clip) and apply a bit of silicone glue to the place where the buttons pivot points mount to the case.Read full review

Works great

I purchased this one to replace an older one-button remote that accidentally flew through the car window. I think the original model was ACSCTO Type 1. This 3-button replacement was easy to program and pair with my door opener made in 1997. Keep in mind that only the button with one dot can be used for these older openers.
The range is much better than what I was getting with the original remote.

My room mate broke one of the two garage remotes and I thought that i was going to have to live in my car while naked in front of God and everybody. It could have been a terrible thing since I have gotten older and my "get up and go" has "gotten up and gone". Good Little Opener

Works well with my older garage door opener. I previous remote was a 'tombstone' model with one button. This one has three, so now I can open two doors and it's a nice convenience.

Good Option for add-on opener

My SUV wasn't equipped with factory opener, I had a small genie opener clipped on sun visor but found the buttons difficult to locate by feel as they were tiny and close together. The Genie Gitr-3 has nice size buttons spaced far enough apart and easy to feel the correct one without being too big. I had a spot on the center overhead console which was ideal to mount the opener with velcro tape, works great. Longer lasting replacement

Big improvement over the opener that this replaces. The rubber buttons on the old unit eventually just wear down and stop working. New unit has plastic buttons that won't wear out like the rubber ones did. Read full review
