Works perfectly with my Overhead Door Company Legacy 696CD/B (Intellicode 2), though incorrectly advertised to only work with Genie brand. All 3 buttons were functional and able to be programmed. My two original Genie Garage door opener remotes seemed to have lost their ability to work from a distance off the driveway and the day before I ordered these from the driveway for one of them. They were only 5 yrs old. I had installed a new Genie Garage door opener in Jan on one of my other doors which included these remotes and after programing all the doors I noticed the distance of activation was increased tremendously even working 2 houses down from mine. So I ordered these to replace what seemed to be the 5 yr old ones failing of which new batteries and programing did not help.

Great replacement for my 23-year old remote

I’m thrilled that this was an easy replacement for the old and larger remotes. Needed access to the physical opener which required climbing a step ladder, which after a certain age, requires two people for safety, but a fairly painless process. This remote was easy to program and works fine with a good range. It is a little small for a three button remote, so would be difficult if it was used for more than one operator.
