Crazy

The packer bent it to fit the Jiffy padded bag,therefore damaging it prior to dispatch.
Why didn't they tape either end of plastic storage bag,put label on and dispatch.
Complete bonkers to bend a high tensile steel dipstick which I took to Local Garage,they had to put it in a Vice and gently bend it back,now I have a dipstick with a kink,making it catch againt the side of the access tube
