It holds charge well, can go on either ear which was very important to me, as I ride horses. Does last number redial and uses Google assist to call anyone you want with voice recognition. If you have more than 1 number saved for someone it will ask you which one you want to call. Jabra assist app I couldn't get it to link but messages and emails are not important for me and maybe I done something wrong. Very good style and design. Nice and light in the ear hardly even feel it when it is in/on your ear.

TERRIBLE battery!!! lasts 2 1/2hrs even straight off the charger.

Poor microphone

Customers cannot hear me while using the head set. All they get is feed back and crackling. The company has sent a replacement, but this is the same.

Disappointment

The battery lasts about 1-2 hours and the working range is poor (similar with both devices - I bought two). I've used Jabra products over ten years but unfortunately these don't meet the standards.
