Used it all my life
I remember this stuff being bright pink in a round tin, with a very distinctive smell. My mother would apply it to the numerous cuts and grazes I collected when playing outdoors as a child nearly 60 years ago and I’ve used it ever since because of its amazing properties of soothing local pain and speeding up healing of cuts to skin, spots, rashes and patches of dry skin. The product is now white, has less scent and in plastic tubes but does the same job. Kept in first aid box at home and in car and with shaving kit when traveling.
