Symphonic Metal at Its Finest

Ghost Opera is a masterpiece of symphonic metal. The album blends powerful vocals, intricate instrumentation, and haunting melodies that captivate from start to finish. Each track tells a compelling story, with standout songs like 'Rule the World' and 'Love You to Death' leaving a lasting impression. It’s atmospheric, emotional, and brilliantly produced—an essential listen for any metal fan!Read full review

Different, yet good

WIth some new blood (Oliver Palotai, keyboards, joined in 2006) Kamelot decided to take a new direction. Songs became slower and more symphonic, lyrics became more serious. After The Black Halo (2005) Ghost Opera sounds bland and less epic but to be honest most albums do. Power metal fans may not like because it isn't as fast as band's previous works.
Favourites: Ghost Opera, The Human Stain, Mourning Star

GOOD LISTEN!!!

If you're into symphonic metal these guys are great!! Intricate keyboard arrangements, crunching guitar, and a melodic powerful voice out front makes for fantastic listening.
