Must have if you're a DIY hair removal type of person!
This is my second Gigi wax warmer that I have purchased. I had my 1st for a little over 10 years, never had a single issue with it. Only had to purchase a 2nd because my teenage daughter took the 1st one to keep and use at her dad's house. 🤷🏻♀️ What are ya gonna do?! Messy but removes the hair
My only feedback is the wax is messy and the wax remover isn’t very strong. There is sticky wax left behind every time I use the kit.

Sticky and painful
I hated this wax, it´s so sticky and difficult to take it off from everything (including your fingers).
It´s also a really painful system... I won´t buy it again. I will go back to hard wax
