Excellent product and great value
I have used Glucosamine Sulphate to relieve pain joints and highly recommend its use for this. You have to check for allergies eg crustaceans. This product is excellent. I went down 500mg and found my knees and ankles beginning to freeze (by that I mean unable to walk and climb stairs with relevant ease). So I recently upgraded back to 1500mg and my joints are so much better. I have recommended this product to many friends and have told them to wait a little while at least a month until they begin to see an improvement. I use these for joint pain and find them very effective, have been using them for a few years. Large tablets but smooth edges so easier to swallow, though if you struggle with large tablests you might want to find some smaller ones, nut I think most of the 1500mg tablets are quite large.
