Great gluten free flour.

Bought this as an experiment to make gluten free bread for a friend. I used the recipe on the packet for the bread maker. It made a lovely tasty loaf but was better toasted the second day. Would recommend to anyone on a gluten free diet and substantially cheaper overall than buying gluten free bread.Read full review
