An essencial in any personal-library

As far as I'm concerne; I bought this books years ago and can't say good enough about it, a essencial for both for top cooks or just the home cook.
It is so well spoken in my house I personally bought more the 3 copies:
to give a friend, or as my friend wanted to borrow mine, I bought it for her (she paid me back, and was quite happy with it) and curious enough to a professional chef I talk to and ask me to do it...
To bad I can-t find some thing in Portugal as easy as that...

Knowledge at my fingertips.

This book arrived on time. On the day that it arrived I was doing a recipe with Spanish onions in. I.didn't know what these were.so I looked them up in the encyçlopedia. It told me that it was yellow onions. This book had come in handy straight away!Read full review
