I purchased this item for my bathroom, for music during showers. The touch controls are intuitive, and easy to use, even with damp hands. It gets loud, and I can even feel the bass through the floor. Good sound for the price

It can't touch the Google Max for depth of sound or clarity... but you can pick it up for less than a C-note.
Tweak you settings in the Google Home app and it will suffice for a smaller room.

Powerful smart speaker

Just know that this is a powerful speaker. I have three paired in my living room and the sound is more than enough! For $100 each with smart voice control it’s amazing. I also have a couple of Bose 300s. The voice recognition is better with the Bose and the music a bit cleaner, but cannot compare to the room filling power and bass of the Citation 100s.
