Good solid stand , laptop holder coild be better.

Good solid DJ stand but there are no instructions for main stand.Had to use pic on ad to help.lap top stand has too much play! Although it's ok it feels unsafe . Deck table is easily adjustable for height once assembled. Will probably be a pain when taking apart to reassemble from venue to venue.Read full review...

Poor quality, almost unsutable to use!

OK. un packed.... instructions to build? no.
OK, think this should be easy.... Few bolts to put it together... 2 types... just a couple of ways they can go, got it right the second time.
First issue... the adjustable feet only just go high enough to make the table level even on a level ground surface. Thankfully my studio floor is perfectly level..
Put controller on centre of table. Ahh, the table is an uneven surface, so the controller does not lay flat. touch the controller on either side and it wobbles.
Put the laptop on the adjustable stand.... Ahhhgggh! the stand falls to one side with the slightest of weight of the laptop to one side....Oh, and Its wobbly. Yes, disappointment.
As I was looking to move it around the studio on a weekly basis getting it out for live video streams it has got me in a huff just turning it around. Heaven forbid if I had paid the full RRP of £149. I think I may have personally delivered it back to the manufacturer and asked them what the hell they was thinking calling this a bit of professional equipment!!
Please save your sanity, although there is very little choice out there for this type of deck stand, keep your money for something that may be at least suitable to the job.

DS1 from why.buy.new

Got it from why.buy.new and it also arrived damaged. I've also noticed a couple of small dents and something else that actually looks like scratches painted over with black paint. My first impression was this s a refurbished item rater that new, hence sold at discounted price. I agree that it's a bit wobbly unless you tighten the screws with force till the end then it's a bit better. Overall I'm happy with the equipment but the quality could have been a little but better, even at a discounted price of £89.99Read full review...

Quality DJ Stand good value!

Got this with an eBay discount of 15% and made sure I made thorough use of it. Wasn't difficult to set up, had a playlist on in the background and got round to it in 1 evening.
Now just to get practicing and soon gigging. This has definitely influenced me to push things forward.Read full review...

C Stock rather than B Stock

Frame is bent (See photo showing the leg not at right angles to the stand top.)
The plastic ends are smashed (See photo)
No instructions - However you can find there is a brief YouTube video showing set up here - youtu.be/2Pp1Stws2Ws
Assembly of the laptop stand does have instructions but the screws provided are different from the ones in the instructions.
The whole stand is unsturdy in general and sways. I have made a video showing this here - youtu.be/f-EU5FLBRRQ

6 inches of side to side movement / wobble

wobbles side to side - 6 inches movement, not structurally a well designed product.
the desk top also flexes downwards, and isn't fully flat so devices placed on the desk might not sit 'flat'.
the laptop stand wobbles from side to side and I wouldn't trust it with anything valuable like a laptop.

given it's intended use, I think this is a pretty dreadful design really - it clearly isn't suitable for placing even devices that have no significant moving parts like mixers or samplers etc - even more so for sensitive devices like a turntable or a CD deck where movement = ruined sound.

Could be better.

A good table for the money but wouldn't have wanted to pay full price.
Really like the adjustments than can be made easily.
Could do with another cross brace to make it that bit more sturdy, this being said I would not recommend it for a scratch dj.
Also I'd suggest if your not going to supply Instructions for the assembly of the main table then at least print a note saying there is a very good video on YouTube.
Overall it is worth the money I paid although I will probably be adding an extra brace myself to make it extra sturdy.

Gorilla DS1

Arrived super fast almost week before the delivery date..Great!!

BUT the plastic corners all damaged, couple scratches on the main desk.. Ok i can close my eyes..

BUT the Gorilla stand is just for playing not for scratch competition I'd try and my ortofon concorde was flying everywhere together with the desk, there I can't close my eyes!!!

90£ not so bat price for home solid desk but definitly missing real DJ stability!!!May good for CD DJ's...

Not bad for the money

Took some setting up, you really need to overtighten the screws to make the laptop holder stable. Mine had several cosmetic defects, which were more annoying than anything on a £150 product. Customee services were helpful. Does the job as intended.Read full review...

Does a job

Arrived in good time.

Quality was not as expected, parts slightly damaged, scuffed or scratched

Assembly wasn’t great with lack of instructions, one non essential part did not fit and had to swap screws around to make it work.

Stability is not great but you won’t have things sliding about or falling off.

All in, does a job but I would not buy another product from them.
