Strong and Sturdy Platform
This item is all I hoped it might be. The low cost belies the fact that this is a quality product, strongly built with adjustable height to suit a variety of needs. I was so pleased with It I phoned the suppliers to congratulate them on the quality. The platform top is easily drilled and I added two side bars with hooks that hold all my cables and other photographic gizmos.

Good value generally but ......
This appears to be a sturdy stand and I like the addition of the safety peg to back up tightening the stand when height adjusting. This functions in the same way as speaker stands, for example. The footprint of the base (legs) is wide enough to instil confidence in its sturdiness, yet not overly wide. For me where this falls down is in the quality of the table/base plate. This appears to made out of some form of plexiglas and is very flexible. Using this with a large laptop may not cause issue, but something smaller, causes the whole top to flex and bend. This makes adjusting, for example, a projector quite difficult, if not impossible; the top bends over time and shifts the projected image. Any adjustment on the projector exerts a downward pressure and makes the top flex more. At some point I will look to somehow strengthen the top in the hope of overcoming this problem. It could be as simple as adding a decent thickness of plywood. At the end of the day this is a pretty good value if not cheap stand that would benefit from some simple modifications. Such a useful thing to have
I bought this with mixed expectations reading previous reviews but was very happy when I received mine as it was well built and very solid.
The design makes this a very useful item to have around the house and although primarily bought for my art studio and projections I also find it great for use with a table easel and for my laptop.
It is very sturdy and has multiple settings for height,angle and rotation and when you're done it folds up very small and flat for putting away.

Excellent, sturdy laptop/equipment stand
The stand is perfect for what I wanted. As a laptop stand next to a keyboard. I scoured the internet before I tripped over this one and bought it. The height adjustment gives the right height, the legs are sturdy and can be positioned out of the way of the seat. It's simple to assemble and adjust. And the area of the support surface is generous, providing some additional space around the MacBook without being too big. Excellent for smart trainer iPad stand
I bought this after reading a recommendation in a blog as I needed a stand for my iPad or Mac when using the turbo trainer for Zwift in the garage. This stand is very stable, with a height setting that is level with the handlebars. The platform is big enough to take a large device and a mobile. Super quick delivery. Well made but needs a strap to hold computer
Bought this stand to make me stand when using my laptop. Very strong construction. 200 model has angle/tilt advantage over 100. But there is no lip to stop anything slipping off when tilted. Elastic or Velcro strap can help keep computer secure. I have a few Gorilla stands for lighting and loudspeakers; all very well made.Read full review...
