The only complaint I have is the use of UPS. They drove to my place two times in a row, around the same time when I was at work. The third attempt/day I had time off, but they did not come until like 8PM when I was at my night job. Then it was a trip to the UPS warehouse like 5 miles away in a heavy traffic industrial warehouse area.

They may have good service overall, but this incident will be a warning for next time.Read full review
