Such a great product, would definitely recommend. Been using a steam mop for years which I don't really rate. Now I've found this , don't think I'll ever go back to a steam mop. its good because it do not take up much room also when you mop the floor it dry a lot quicker than a normal mop

Useless on my ceramic floor tiles

The mop head does not mop our floor tiles at all, just sticks in 1 place and will not move, almost like the surface is too rough for the microfibre head. Waste of money for us.
