The title, "Gracie," doesn't really reflect what the film is about, but I have no objections to it.

I thought this was going to be a true story about a young woman, but it was based on the actress, Elizabeth Shue's family. The Shue family were all soccer players and they lost an older brother, who was a great influence on the younger siblings. This movie follows the same theme.
