Very good value but under powered.
I found that an 18 volt battery power isn't powerful enough except for the thinnest twigs and the blades keep jamming up on anything above the mildest hedge. The design is very good and versatile the hanging strap excellent, it is a pity that the extension cant be disconnected and the battery plugged in so that it becomes even more versatile as just a hedge trimmer, but it would involve greater cost. Hedge cutting made easy
OK so it is not a Stihl but it is less than half the price and whist it may weigh a tad more but I am delighted with it. I have 250 metres of hedge the majority is between 4 and 6 metres high and this machine has made the job so much easier than using my heavy petrol long reach especially when using a ladder.
The battery life is better than expected although charging time is longer than Stihl but as I keep reminding myself I saved a lot of money.
Operating it is simple, reach adjustment is quick and easy and as an added bonus it is very very quiet.
