From reading reviews about the lack of accuracy of the technical side of space travel and living in space, it doesn't score well. As a pleasant way of spending am evening, it was enjoyable.

Stunning Visuals with OK story-line

Superb photography and special effects.

Story starts well, but is very linear - no interlinking story-lines, virtually no back story.

All goes well until the unconvincing ending ... the odds of Bullock's character surviving were so vanishingly small as to rob the final section of any believeability.
