Great pump for dehumidifier in the cellar

I bought this to pump water from a portable dehumidifier in the cellar. It has been installed for a couple of weeks now and seems to be working perfectly. Previously, I had the water draining into a 50 litre bin which I would periodically empty, carrying buckets upstairs, so this is a great improvement. It was very simple to install - I had to fit a plug, then connect some PVC tube to carry the water away. A few metres of 8mm tube is provided in the box, but I wanted a bit more which I found cheaply on ebay. Finally, the drain tube of the dehumidifier is inserted into a hole in the pump. It has four holes, so can drain up to four devices at once. There is a little reservoir in the pump and when it gets full, the water is swiftly pumped out.Read full review
