So light to manoeuvre and easy to store away. Always powerful, the Gtech SW20 doesn't drop its revs so it cleans with the same efficiency whenever it is used. Simple to empty, too. A great feature is that it runs very quietly, which means it can be used at times when you don't want to disturb (or even wake up) other people in the house. Very difficult to keep sweeper down on at the front, while sweeping, tto light weight

The sweeper picks up from both carpet and hard floor.. great-----but difficult to keep down on the floor at the front as the sweeper appears to be too light and lifts away from the floor surface.

Great product

Had the previous model for elderly mum but which company admitted had a design fault after needed to replace same part over and over. The fault is supposed to have been corrected in this model so fingers crossed. They are handy lightweight carpet sweepers. Easy to use for mum who is 87, lives alone and has severe osteoporosis.
