Bought the whole kit,Good Quality

I bought the dpf,EGR delete and tuner and bridge pipe...Very good quality.Removing factory exhaust is the worse part because you have to drop transmission crossmember to get the cat out unless you cut it(I did it by myself on my garage floor).You'll have to trim 7-8" off the tail of the mid pipe but mount the downpipe first,slip the mid pipe on it, and the slip pipe on the tail pipe then mark the midpipe to fit and cut it down.Bridgepipe isn't blue it's polished but still really nice.Tuner is great too.Straight forward to install.Very nice for the moneyRead full review

Need unlock code

This is advertised as pretty much a plug and play tuner. It will not install tunes on my 09 Duramax. It keeps saying an error has accured and you research it online and what keeps coming up is everyone asking for an unlock code. With H&S obviously not being an entity for a while now, there seems to be no info on where to get this unlock code. This product would be great if had unlock code. Great Product--1 Installation Issue

Easy Install. Works great on my 2013 GMC 2500 Duramax Denali.
**Issue when first downloading. Chose "Tow" as power level. Tuner froze on step 9 @ 11%. Had to unplug the tuner. Returned truck back to stock and performed download again. DPF system was still installed on the truck.
** Ran install download again, but this time chose "Street" as the power level (Thought this was best option since DPF system was still on the truck). Download completed.

After this is when I removed the DPF from the truck. Ran install download again, but chose DPF system removed. Chose "Tow" as power level. Download completed.

Works but could be refined

Over all I liked the whole package. It would have been nice to have an instruction manual come with it for the tuner. I had to search for the reason why the tuner didn't bypass my emissions system once I downloaded the first tune. There was nothing to tell me that you are suppose to select mild tune at a minimum for the tuner to make these changes to the PCM. If you select easy tune it will not do this and your check engine light will come back on if you have an EGR and DPF delete like I did. Also The pipe is very poor fitting to the rest of the stock pipe going to the muffler. I had to use a sledge hammer to get mine on. God help me if I have to take it back off foe any reason.Read full review

Needs detailed instructions

Only complaint I would have is that the instructions do not detail the the steps of the on screen prompts that are going to come up once you apply power to the unit. I had deleted the equipment prior to installing the programmer (waiting on mini maxx to arrive) and was worried about turning on the key prior to having the programmer downloaded. I talked to a few people and confirmed it would be okay before I applied power. I didn’t have any problems at all but I wasted a lot of time making sure it would be okay just because it wasn’t stated in the instructions. Note that H&S is no longer in business so they do not have anyone you can contact for information on this product. Once I applied power, the screen asks a series of questions about how my truck was set up. Very easy. I’ve only had this for a week, but no issues so far.Read full review

Great tuner. Need room for options

Great product. More detail in the options would be great . Especially for those beginning with tuner programmers. It took me a few times to figure out after experimenting with the transmission options what I needed to do to make it shift correctly. I had no issues nor did I want the shifting to change before. Excellent value and going from stock to tuned is really an insane difference. UPDATE: I wanted to let any viewers that were considering this know that I also purchased the transmission unlock code. I have to say that it also works along side of the H&S Mini Maxx. I think that the tuner is quite amazing. I currently have my tune set to TOW, but when I put my foot in it, my truck takes off like a rocket. I love it!!
