Solid and reliable, with configurable GPIO

This repeater is a solid model from Motorola, and will undoubtedly last for a number of years if the other repeater I have (still working fine, and made in 1982) is anything to go by.

It needs the Motorola CPS software to program, but if you have this already, or have access to a friendly dealer, then this won't be a problem.

The accessory connector allows you to connect various switches / devices that can either control the repeater (e.g. change channels, PTT when in analogue mode) or allow the repeater to control them (e.g. carrier detect)

The large cooling fan comes shipped from the factory configured to full speed, but a switch inside allows it to be changed to temperature-responsive.Read full review
