Greta bench

With lockdown 2.0 in force, I needed to upgrade my home gym setup. First thing was to get a decent bench. Looked at the reviews and thought this would do the job. I’m 95kg and have a pair of 30kg dumbbells and this bench can handle it. Specifically dumbbell chest press. You have to be creative but this bench can accommodate. Great value and works

Excellent for the price, i did notice a few said the leg extension attachment didn't work well, i found all i needed to do was put the bench flat and sit back further and put a towel under my legs to raise them , this put the rollers in the correct palace and stopped them coming up my shins. I don't put the top roller attachment in for the preacher board either.Read full review

As previously mentioned perfect for small flat with limited space. Arrives well packaged is light in weight and ready to set up. It can can quickly and easily be folded away to store out of sight.
