Great switch for 10/100 devices ... or a spur line in RR speak!

Got this as a back up for other switches in the house. have to many 4 and 8 port switches which this will replace. Always love the HP name, HP Pro Curve switches are top notch. And you can get HP to swap it if you have an issue.. Unmanaged means even dummies like me don't need to figure it out .. the true definition of Plug and Play . Has 1 GB port to feed it and 24 10/100 ports for data. Great for using in Xnfinity home networks run one line from router (GB port) to the HP GB port and the rest to the house, NO POE tough if you ran cables its a no brainer.
Only issue is not all GB but most homes don't need that even for video.Read full review
