Hardware failure, terrible customer service

Feedback: purchased this machine at Costco about a year ago. After six months it began dual printing anything that had color in it. For example, it would print the word "dog" like this "ddoogg". I called tech support twice and both times they were unable to help and attributed the problem to a "hardware issue."
It was clear to me the technicians were merely an offshore telephone outfit following a script.
In the end they recommended I upgrade to a new machine or bring the machine in for servicing. I cannot recommend this product.Read full review...

I will soon need to buy a newer all-in-one to work in Windows 8.1

I am very pleased with the seller's professionalism. I have been having trouble installing the 'scan' function and after contacting the seller he located the original installation disk and sent it to me.
the problem still exists but through no fault of the seller. HP and/or Microsoft have not established an updated driver for this function.
this however, is a 'product' review. And there is an unfounded but underlying possibility that this may have been the reason the seller upgraded his equipmentRead full review...
