A replacement HP 1220C A3 printer that was originally purchased 20 years ago is a proper workhorse and a fabulous printer. Especially if you want to print Family Tree 280 traced relatives printed out on "Banner" paper. No other machine anywhere that i know of available from any other manufacturer on the market. Its also a super A3 printer for "Cad" drawings. Works well on Microsoft 98 and Windows 7 with no problems. Ink cartridges are interchangeable with other HP Printers.Read full review

The best A3 printer HP ever produced --sadly Windows 10 struggles with it , but I shall persist with all advice to remedy this

I have had the 1220 for many years -I have never had a problem with this unit , likewise my friend also purchased the 1220 at the same time and he is of the same opinion as myself
